Background
​
Wenatchee Family Fitness started when Ali saw a need for an exercise option for moms who wanted to workout with their tots in a comfortable, welcoming environment. Sessions are a way for moms to spend time with their kids, get in a great workout, and come together with other moms as a supportive sisterhood.

What to Expect
​
6 week sessions are held at CrosSport Performance Gym - outdoor summer session (starting in June) held at Walla Walla Point Park. Participants must be active members of CrosSport - please
contact us to register for sessions. Moms can enjoy custom group workouts that incorporate High IntensityInterval Training (HIIT), barre, yoga, and other resistance training methods. During our workouts, your kids get to sit back in their strollers and play, sing along to incorporated songs, and learn about forming healthy fitness habits while moms get to focus on building friendships and working towards their fitness goals.

Mother of two boys, wife, fitness enthusiast, and owner of Wenatchee Family Fitness.
Ali is a sports nutrition specialist, and a group fitness instructor with pre and postnatal certifications.
When I’m not kicking your booty, I'm spending time outside with my family, cooking, working in the yard, and occasionally contributing to the Wenatchee Mom Blog.
