Wenatchee Family Fitness started when Ali saw a need for an exercise option for moms who wanted to workout with their tots in a comfortable, welcoming environment. Classes are a way for moms to spend time with their kids, get in a great workout, and come together with other moms as a supportive sisterhood.
What to Expect
Starting and ending our classes at the Walla Walla Point Park playground gives kids their wiggle time, and in between moms can enjoy custom group workouts that incorporate High Intensity
Interval Training (HIIT), barre, yoga, and other resistance training methods. During the classes, your kids get to sit back in their strollers and play, sing along to incorporated songs, and learn about forming healthy fitness habits while moms get to focus on building friendships and working towards their fitness goals.
